Workshop on Identifying the problem and writing a research title

 

The Research Cell and Computer Department of Christ College organized a one day workshop on Identifying the problem and writing a research title on 29 December 2021. The workshop was organized by Dr. Diwakar Singh, Associate Professor and Mr. Adarsh Roushan, Assistant Professor. The workshop was for the students of M.Ed. and the research scholars in Social Sciences. There were 19 participants including 2 research scholars from Nutan College and 1 from Mittal College. It was an interactive session throughout . The workshop started with the basics of research by Dr. Diwakar Singh followed by activity based session on problem identification and it was concluded a session on the use of Google Scholar in Research, by Mr. Adarsh Raushan.

 

Workshop on Data Analysis and Interpretation using SPSS

 

A one day workshop on Data Analysis and Interpretation using SPSS was Organized by the Research Cell and Department of Computers on the 6th of March,2022..The Resource persons wer Dr. Diwakar Singh and Mr. Adarsh Raushan. The session was loaded with many activities which included Entering data in SPSS, calculating t Test, ANOVA, Correlation and chi square test in SPSS. Preparing Google Form for Data collection, converting responses in excel sheet, graphical representation, data sorting and writing interpretation. The session was attended by 20 students of Master of Education Course.

 

Special Session for Dissertation Writing

 

Christ College, Department of Education organized a Special Session for Dissertation writing on Sunday 7 February 2021 from 11:00 AM. for M.Ed. I and III Semester at Christ College campus. In the Session students of M.Ed. identified their area of research, and learnt the methodology of research. They also interacted with their allotted guides and solved all their quarries. The orientation of the students was done by Rev. Prof. Johnson, Dr. Diwakar Singh, Associate Professor and Dr. Pallavi Shrivastava, Assistant Professor.
